  Today was our second visit to Nail Bar. My teenage daughter went for a basic manicure today before an interview she has tomorrow. The nail tech actually laughed and made fun of her for her short nails, and then proceeded to call several other young male employees over to show them her nails. She had guys leaning over her shoulder and laughing while he was working on her nails. Seriously?! I wouldn’t have believed it, had something similar not happened the first time we were there. I let it go that time, but today was much worse. He also rushed her out of there after only a couple minutes under the drying fan - saying “you should leave now.” Your employees turned something that should have been a fun, pampering experience for a girl into something embarrassing and humiliating. Treating a paying customer like that is inconceivable to me. We will definitely NOT be going back.
